They totally are very comfortable. They do greet you and take care of you while you are there. Dr. Woodling is very calming and it was not scary at all. :) I've been a few times now and I am feeling some relief with my shoulder already. Great and friedly environment.

Thanks for that CC. Very impressive interview. I have to admit I was a little skeptical when you mentioned the interview, but glad I watched it. PT's and Chiros have a long standing love hate relationship. We are taught in school to dislike them. If more Chiros were like him there wouldn't be this dislike for one another.
He touched on a few things I liked...the imbalance in the musculoskeletal system. He not only uses manipulation, as we do in the PT field, but he uses e-stim and traction which are 2 of the best modalities ever created. My fave is manual traction and e-stim together (I would marry it if I could, lol). He also touched on something that I tell my arthritic patients all the time…. sugar=inflammation. If people would cut the sugar, exercise, use heat instead of ice, and stretch they could decrease their arthritis pain significantly and decrease the drugs that are loading their poor livers with toxins…which leads to more problems. He is so right, if people would seek a doc early things wouldn’t get worse. I have to remember that because I have to be close to dead before I seek help. (Military people are the worst, it takes an act of congress to admit we are sick or hurting.)

Renee C: you hit the nail on the head. If you see a chiropractor but you don’t exercise the muscles that need to be strengthen and stretch the muscles that need to be stretched you have wasted your money. Stretching keeps your body young.

:-) I was enlightened

Thank you so much CC! I've always wanted to know what really happens during a visit to a chiropractor. I'll be contacting Dr. Woodling very soon.

Great interview, CC! I am a firm believer in chiropractic care. I've found going on a regular basis helps prevent problems and exercising to strengthen muscles helps to keep the body in line. Thanks for providing great info to keep us healthy :o)
