There’s nothing Sweet about Sugar!
I don’t know about you but I’m alot better at visualization than just words. So, I thought that putting these examples together will help open your eyes to how much sugar is in these common products.

Just because it says, “Organic” doesn’t mean it doesn’t have sugar.
There is a low sugar or no sugar ketchup option. It doesn’t taste bad either.

Juice can have just as much sugar as a soda. Make sure you drink low sugar OJ.

Instead, get a Village Charger from Village Coffee.
Have them prepare it Sugar Free/Fat Free. It’s my favorite!

Just when you think you’re eating a healthy fruity sorbet.
Look at the grocery shopping tour video and you’ll see the better ice cream choice.

Watch out for too many 100 calorie packs. Yes, it’s just 100 calories but it’s also the quality of the calorie that counts. 54 – 75 of those calories can be coming from sugar.

Unbelieveable!! This is what your kids are drinking everyday. Stop this NOW!!

I think I’ve said enough….Stay away from this stuff!

Great information. The visual cubes was a great idea, I will have to share this one. Sugar is of the devil. Many people think sugar gives them energy and it does, for a very short term, then they crash so they need more sugar to perk up again. It is insanity to do the same thing over and over again and get “fat” results. If they would put down the sugar bar and take a walk the results are longer lasting with 0 the fat.
BTW, your video scared me a little CC….to much coffee?
BTW, have to add one more thing about Coke. It (phosphoric acid in coke) leaches calcium from your bones & can lead to osteoporosis. If that doesn’t get you stop drinking coke think about this: it can dissolve a nail in about 4 days, dissolve a T-Bone steak in 2 days, remove rust stains and clean a corroded car battery. If it can do all that what will it do to your body, beside eat your bones……..
I will step down of my coke box now.
