		<description>Amen CC...you hit the nail on the head....what is worst than not eating healthy? it is beating your self esteem which makes it even harder to reach that healthy lifestyle...I learned so much from you and i may not be working out with you anymore because of the distance....but I still believe that your approach to working out and staying healthy is the best i have ever seen....you raised the bar for all trainers out there who are training poeple not because of a passion but because of personal gain....God bless you</description>

		<description>I agree with Kirtina that when we sin we have to ask for the forgiveness and keep going. One thing it is hardest for most people to do is forgive themselves. 
  I have learned at one time most people that stay thin we think they can eat what they want but that is not the case. Usually if they want something sweet they eat it but not on a regular basis. It may be once a day and they are mostly active at some point in there day. I have just started and I do appreciate all the encouragement I get from CC and the group. He is teaching me to not push my self to hard but hard enough. Especially since I have not been physically active for a couple of years. I cant wait to see the results.</description>

		<description>Thanks for this info.  Now I don&#039;t feel so bad when I eat chips for one time during the day. We are humans and we do mess up, but the most important thing is not letting it defeat us. We eat that one bad thing, list it in our journal,  CC reads its and then gives us better choices to choose from (and the bonus room if it&#039;s too bad). The same concept with our sins; when we sin, we don&#039;t let sin defeat us, we ask God to forgive us, pick ourselves up, and rely on the Holy Spirit to keep us going in the right direction.  I love it!!!</description>
