Finally, you can lose all the fat you want, transform your body, and KEEP IT THAT WAY PERMANENTLY.

”It’s the beginning of the real you …”

And you can consider today the beginning of taking control and becoming the REAL YOU …

Because you’ll no longer fall victim to harmful pills, fad diets, or bogus workout gadgets.

And you won’t need hyped up information in the media or on the web that’s constantly contradicting itself.

Because today is the day you can get started with:

The Lean Body Fitness Program

This is your complete solution – it’s a full training system that will guide you from wherever you are now, to your craziest and most ambitious fitness and fat-loss goals.

Did you play sports in H.S. or college but let your body go and you want get back your strength?

Do you have a bulge around your middle and you want to lose weight and feel good?

When it comes to losing fat, I’m your man. I’ve helped other men and now I’m going to help you too.

The main thing I’ve found that’s holding men back isn’t their commitment. Most of the guys I’ve met are serious – they want it bad enough. They want to have a body they can be proud of, that they can be comfortable with, and that women will notice and be attracted to.

The problem isn’t a lack of determination - it’s knowing the right things to do. Most guys have tried ineffective routines, programs, or products to the point where they’ve thrown their hands up in despair. Many others have given up in their quest to burning fat and having a body they can be proud of.

If that’s you, don’t worry about it – we’re going to get to the solutions.

We’re going to cover some of the best routines to lose fat. And then we’re going to go into my most effective eating tips. And lastly, you will be apart of a complete program for achieving amazing and lasting results.

SO WHAT IS THE BEST ROUTINE FOR YOU TO LOSE FAT AND ACHIEVE AMAZING RESULTS?

SHORT SLEEVE AND TANK TOP TRAINING
ARE WAITING FOR YOUR ARMS TO SHOW UP …

Two tickets to the gun show? Ok

Hey, no one can truly get into your head …

But as a trainer, trouble shooting the problems of guys I’ve worked with in the past, I think I have a couple of ideas of what you want.

Top to bottom symmetry. You want size – you want density. You want thickness. And you want cuts. You want your arms as part of a complete physique.

Now if that’s not what you want, then you may want to stop reading now.

Because I’m here to get you results, and if that’s not what you want, then you may want to go back and pick up another muscle magazine and take the latest pill.

But for the best results you’ve got to feed the muscles and lose the fat. Just as you probably expected, most of the battle of carving out a ripped body comes down a lot to the foods you eat.

But eating right isn’t a mystery – just like a good workout program, it comes down to know how and a smart plan.

ARE YOU SURE YOU’RE EATING RIGHT FOR THE STOMACH YOU WANT?

The Lean Body Fitness Program for men.

This program will help you:

► End the confusion: Get the sure-fire routines to burn off pounds of body fat like wax off a candle!

► Save you time: Never wonder what exercise or workout to do. I got ‘cha covered. Everytime you come to train, I will have the workout ready to go.

► No more long, boring workouts: Get time efficient fat burning routines to burn off your stomach and love handles.

► Non-stop Coaching: I’ll be there to make sure you complete the race and give you the necessary tools to succeed.

► No more mistakes: Learn the facts from the fiction and do only the exercises that will work for YOU.

The Bart (Boo Boo + Fart)

Warning!! Not for the weak stomach but Very Funny!!!

In the video I said I would share 3 moments, I just thought of another so I’ll share it also to make #4.

1.) Once upon a time I offered to give a friend who was having some weight problems a few weeks of personal training. Basically the plan was he’d show up three days a week after I was done training my last client (at around 9:30 PM) and we’d workout together.

Well, here’s how the first “session” went… what a mess…

I’ll call him ‘Bob’ to protect his identity.

Bob showed up for our first workout at 9:40 PM. The plan was to train the push muscles of the upper body. I did the first set of warm up dumbbell shoulder presses.

Then Bob did is warm up set.

Then I sat down on the bench to do my first working set…. all went well.

Then Bob sat down to perform his set. I thought all went well, though I did smell something odd. But hey, people fart all the time when lifting, right?

When I grabbed my dumbbells and went to sit on the bench for my second set I saw IT just a fraction of a second before sitting down.

Bob had barted himself.

Right there on the bench seat was a two inch streak of shiny fresh liquid poop.

I started to gag! But I got my composure together enough to ask “Bob” if he had barted.

He said no.

I pointed out the brown shiny streak on the bench he just got off of.

In an attempt to prove to me that the brown stuff was a permanent stain on the bench and was there all along he used his knee to wipe the bench (proving it was a stain and not poop).

THAT’S WHEN THE IT STREAKED ALL ACROSS THE BENCH…

“Bob took off to the locker room… and I made a B line to my car.

This workout was over!!

2.) While in North Carolina I helped train a football team. One guy was a defensive end who needed to lose a few pounds of fat to be more athletic. I drew up a plan which stated, “Eat 250 grams of protein every day – this is most important” He was a monster!

Well 2 weeks later he had gained some body fat. Frustrated I walked with him out to his car after a session… 250 grams Check, workouts Check. Where did I go wrong? I’m a bit puzzled but then, In the back of his car seat I see about 3 boxes of Ding Dongs. I ask “are you doing some sort of fund raising because I know those are not yours?”

He says. “Well yeah, those are mine. They have like 3 grams of protein each so I have to eat a bunch to get close to 250″

3.) I had a client who was warming up on the treadmill with a funny looking mouth and I asked if she was ok – No…she said I have to go to the dentist after you, I cracked my tooth last night

I’m sorry I said – how did you crack it? Was it a cap or something? No – I cracked it on a rib!

Can you imagine how hard I laughed when my very own client who was having problems losing weight and kept forgetting her food journal said this to me – too funny – it was so funny that I didn’t even make her do a bonus round. (some of you know what a bonus round is)

4.) Different client – we were stretching the hamstring on the floor…as I go into my final deep hamstring stretch she must have known a huge fart was coming so in an attempt to cover the very large fart coming, she slams her hand down on the floor pretending that the stretch was too much…I ignored it but was suffered permanent trauma on that one – no more stretching people – do it yourself! lol

Hopefully you were able to get a laugh out of this post. Life is filled with so much daily stress and it’s easy not to make room for laughter. So, hope you laughed and if you have a funny short story, please share.

Number 1 is my favorite, which is yours?

Laughter is medicine,

1. Never Ever skip breakfast. If you want to maximize your fitness results or fat-loss efforts, you’ve got to eat breakfast. Even if you don’t exercise at all – breakfast remains the most important meal of the day. Your breakfast should contain complete proteins and complex carbohydrates (if you’re trying to lose weight, you should eat the bulk of your complex carbohydrates at breakfast and lunch, and only have vegetable carbohydrates at dinner). A great breakfast is oatmeal (not the pre-packaged, pre-sweetened kind) with a little honey and banana and a protein drink. Or try scrambled egg whites with turkey bacon.

2. Set exercise appointments with yourself. Use your day-timer to set appointments for exercise – and then stick to them. You wouldn’t miss a business meeting or client appointment, would you? So don’t miss your exercise appointment with yourself. Nothing is more important than your health. Nothing! Everything else will crumble around you if your health goes south. So make your exercise appointments a priority. If you find it difficult to keep these appointments, then consider hiring a personal trainer who will hold you to your commitment. When you have money invested, and someone waiting for you to show up – you are much more likely to actually show up!

3. Eat regularly throughout the day. Fasting or overly restrictive diets will enable you to lose weight – in the short run. Because the weight you lose is primarily water weight and lean muscle tone. But in the long-run it has exactly the opposite effect you want. When you restrict your diet, your body instinctively thinks it’s being starved and shifts into a protective mode by storing fat. Your body’s energy expenditures will be fueled by your lean muscles causing your body fat to remain essentially the same while you lose vital fluids and muscle. The less muscle you have, the slower your metabolism becomes, and the less fat you burn. You should be eating three nutritionally balanced meals each day, and you should have at least one or two healthy snacks. Avoid fried and processed foods at all cost – talk about dead calories! Here’s a good rule of thumb: make sure that you are consistently “grazing” on health foods about every three hours. This includes at least half a gallon of fresh water every day. This keeps your metabolic furnace firing, so you burn more at a faster rate.

4. Remember the benefits of resistance training. Remember that feeling of euphoria you experienced after a particularly good workout? You experienced that feeling because the most powerful “feel good” drug in the world – endorphins – are coursing through your veins. If there is a panacea, it’s exercise. It will fuel your motivation on those inevitable days when you just don’t feel like exercising. Additionally, exercising with resistance has tremendous benefits for your metabolism.

5. Always stretch. Stretching improves flexibility, blood flow, muscle recovery, low back pain and a host of other things. Additionally, stretching can prevent injury, make you sleep better and improve your performance in all sports. Always stretch, but be certain not to stretch cold muscles. You should always warm up before stretching. However, it is very important that you know how to stretch to achieve optimal fitness results. Never bounce, or aggressively push and pull a muscle beyond its natural range.

Let me know if these tips helped you.

Even though I could have ate the entire dish, I decided to eat a portion of it and save the rest for later. Remember, never eat until you’re stuffed, put the folk down when you’re satisfied. I know many of you have experienced similar situations in restaurants. It doesn’t matter how much is served to you, YOU have the choice to eat what is appropriate for you and keep the rest for a later meal. That experience leads me to this….

Hopefully these visual measuring tips will help you achieve close to a serving size. When just starting out, these tips can be a big eye-opener. So, next time you’re out having a delicious dinner make sure you’re only eating the right amount of foods and not the over-sized portions you’re being served.

Healthy Alternatives

Another thing to keep in mind when order is: Always try and order your dish Grilled, Baked, Broiled, or Steamed. Be aware of the special sauces that cover your grilled entree’. Have the server place the sauce on the side or don’t order it at all. Also, if you’re not sure how your order is prepared ask the server, and if he or she doesn’t know, have them go ask the chef. The point is, you’re paying for the food and you need to know what you’re eating. And of course, do it in a polite manner (lol). Until next time, eat something healthy for me.
